Referrals

Our work supports the most vulnerable families. We rely on referrals from local healthcare professionals, school liaison officers and pastoral teams as well as Sure Start, Probationary Services and The Women’s Centre. We work closely with the Family Intervention Team who are based in Halifax. We regret we are unable to accept personal requests without a referral, this way we can support families with a genuine need. We will prioritise requests for help from within the North Halifax area but will always help other families in need within Calderdale.
